The wedding ceremony was beautiful inside your Tropical Courtyard, from the greenery to the skylights, to the large water fountain. The Rolls Royce was beautiful and shinning, waiting to whisk my daughter and new husband away, it was magical. Having the Grand Ballroom just around the corner ready and waiting for the reception was such a relief. The Ballroom was stunning and very elegant, the whole thing was a dream come true for the new bride and groom.Thank you Altoona Grand for making my baby girls wedding Day as special as she had always dreamed it would be.”

“They were amazing from the very beginning! I had my ceremony in the Tropical Courtyard, my reception in the ballroom, and our rehearsal dinner in the Laurel Room. Everything was so beautiful and elegant. They completely catered to me. They came and got me before the ceremony and walked me to where I needed to go and then during the reception they kept checking in to make sure everything was moving smoothly and if I needed anything from them. I absolutely loved them!.”

Fast forward, I decided to have my 3-year-old daughter’s birthday party there. My daughter loves to swim but since it was in the middle of December, we decided to go to the grand hotel and honestly I couldn’t have been happier. We had a private room to set up the food and open presents. Plus all of her friends had plenty of room to swim. I would recommend this to anyone who has children that love swimming but whose birthdays are in the winter months.
